The 5th DITRAMA meeting, planned for Brasov, was held online on 7th of June 2021 due to the pandemic circumstances.

The Polish furniture sector counts more than 30.000 companies, including components and accessories producers, the furniture distribution network, and their related workers.
Nowadays, the digitization process in Poland concerns basically the big companies that export furniture around the world. In this case, digitization is a gradual process that affects and enhances all their services. Otherwise, digitization is a key leverage for the new/young companies, which emphasize digital transformation and innovation to start their new business.

On 9 March 2021, the Commission presented a vision and perspectives for the digital transformation of Europe by 2030.
The objectives will be enshrined in a strategic program to be agreed with the European Parliament and the Council.
DITRAMA EU project partners open the registration to the training course “Digital Transformation Manager (DTM) for the Furniture Sector”. It is a complete and interactive online training course, that can be done by learners free of charge starting from middle of April 2021. It will be available in 7 languages (English, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian and Spanish).
