The Kick-off Meeting of the DITRAMA project took place in Barcelona, dedicated to defining the professional curriculum of the Digital Transformation Manager for the furniture sector, throughout its value chain.

The 12 project partners from Spain, Denmark, Belgium, Czech Republic, Portugal, Poland, Italy and Romania presented themselves and shared the project’s work methodology and final objectives.

Which features must the Digital Transformation Manager have for the furniture industry ? Which competences must be able to transfer within the company where s/he will operate ? What knowledge for this new professional?

The project will start from the definition of the professional Curriculum of this new figure, in order to develop a multimedia training toolkit (MOOC) to train and develop the fundamental skills.

Three years of hard work let’s begin!
